We’ll talk about your ideas, choose gemstones and then prepare sketches with our design team.
DIGITAL RENDERING
Once we have developed the idea we prepare a digital rendering, a true to life image for final approval and give you a quote.
As soon as everything is confirmed our master goldsmith in Miami begins production. Depending on the complexity of the design the whole process can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
Once the project is completed we will share an image and coordinate delivery with you. Each item will always ship fully insured via Fedex, every package must be signed for. Shipping for custom jewelry is always complimentary.
Once we have confirmed design a deposit of 25% of the quoted price must be paid for us to proceed. The Deposit can paid via PayPal or Credit Card
Once the piece is completed we will contact you for payment fo the balance prior to shipping. Financing options are available (see below).
We have financing options available up to $30,000 pending approval.
When using our financing facility there is no deposit, the entire purchase price must be financed and financing must be confirmed prior to manufacture).
