All Cuervo y Sobrinos watches are guaranteed two years against production defects.
The Cuervo y Sobrinos watch warranty covers any production defect occurring during the two years following the date of acquisition of your watch. The warranty does not include defects due to wrong handling or inappropriate use of the watch. We therefore strongly recommend that you service and repair your watch only at Cuervo y Sobrinos authorized service centers.

WARRANTY ACTIVATION:
To activate the 2 year Protection Program of a new watch, the client should immediately fill out the form below. The Warranty will be activated immediately and an email response will confirm receipt. Cuervo y Sobrinos may ask for the purchase receipt in case of any records discrepancy.All the mandatory fields [*] need to be filled in, otherwise the Operating System will automatically reject the request.
